I contacted Tom about our broken storm water pipes, he came and checked the job out and Harley came a few days later with everything needed for the job and fixed it all. Fantastic experience dealing with any hour plumbing. Tom and harley arrived within the scheduled time window and notified me when they were in the way. It’s so hard to find tradies with good communication these days! We had a split hot water unit and Tom provided me with several options to assist with my budget. Being without a functioning hot water service in the middle of winter isn’t fun. Having a prompt return call, new unit ordered the same day , which arrived at 8am the following morning and the installation complete by 11am is efficientcy . All done without any fuss. Thank you Tom.
