Tom was excellent in organising to fix our gas leak, making time at short notice so we weren't inconvenienced, arriving on time, and completing the work quickly and efficiently. Being without a functioning hot water service in the middle of winter isn’t fun. Having a prompt return call, new unit ordered the same day , which arrived at 8am the following morning and the installation complete by 11am is efficientcy . All done without any fuss. Thank you Tom.
